Manage projects to ensure project goals and customer expectations are met
Deliver user training sessions and assist in the development of customer driven training documentation
Provide front line customer support and troubleshooting for all reported issues
Complete basic tender and proposal documentation (specifications)
Experience deploying and supporting physical security software applications
People Manager - 5 years' experience in managing engineers is a must
Experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise networks
Experience with Windows Server, SQL Server, Linux and VM environments
Experience with Cloud Based environments
Full understanding of enterprise systems, environments and key drivers.
Experience in SaaS a plus.
International mindset with experience in multi-lingual, multicultural systems is a must.
Excellent English both spoken and written, additional European languages are a strong plus
Experience with security products such as IP based cameras, NVRs, VMSs, Access Control, PSIMs, PIDS and Radar.

Deep understanding of Cloud oriented software offerings.
CompTIA A+, Relevant Microsoft or Networking Certification
Security industry technical certifications (software house, lenel, genetec, AMAG, avigilon)
