  • We are offering a very challenging and impactful role as Contingent Workforce Data Management and Reporting specialist supporting our Global program
  • You will be responsible for ensuring integrity and consistency of data quality between Contingent Workforce Lifecycle Management platform and other Bank-
  • wide applications and systems

  • You will be responsible for developing a clear view of the overall system landscape (integrations) as it relates to the Contingent Workforce
  • You will have the accountability for the reporting environment to ensure consistency between systems and data
  • You will be responsible for identification and implementation of opportunities for data process improvements, streamlining and elimination of manual processes
  • You are expected to build and maintain automated processes to ensure data integrity from multiple systems and sources
  • You will have opportunities to derive conceptual ideas and translate into implemented solutions
  • You will support migrations onto the Contingent Workforce Lifecycle Management Platform, including data quality and refresh activities
  • You will be required to maintain the databases associated with migration activities
  • You will be responsible for data analysis for Vendor related commercial exchanges
  • You will be responsible for related quality assurance of user guides, documentation of process and training material as required
  • You will provide cross regional support on key initiative and projects on an ad hoc basis
  • You will act as sparring partner to local CWR Service Center Lead and Business Application Owner

  • Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in a similar function with a strong affinity for data management and interrogation is essential
  • Proven experience in data analysis, monitoring and reporting
  • Deep knowledge of Process Management
  • Ability to build relationships and partner with global teams
  • A precise and efficient approach with the ability to work independently and dedicatedly
  • Strong communication, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong desire to work in a multicultural environment
  • Comfortable with driving and managing change, questioning the status quo
  • Strong Business English and German desirable (spoken and written)
  • Proficient Excel knowledge (Macros) and MS Access
  • VMS System knowledge is beneficial
