The role’s main objective is to support manager to equip TC and Family Fun teams across countries with strong and actionable insights about brands and consumers to build powerful brands, create breakthough innovation, win market advantage for sustainable business growth in long and short term.
Main responsibilities are : supporting manager in designing research programmes for TC and FF platforms in EER running operational set up for research, ensuring flawless research field via working with agencies.
Then she will work in landing findings within PEP and driving actions based on insights. Reports to Consumer Insights Associate Manager (L9)
Main Accountabilities :
Supports execution of consumer insights research; manages ad-hoc research requests to gather data and / or insights, follows up research operations on field with agency to ensure optimum quality,input&output
Creates post-campaign analysis to track and measure success metrics of each program
Coordinates research input&output flow between PEP and agencies. This requires the administration of day to day operations, and communication of results to the overall committee.
With the supervision of manager, prepares study findings and translates findings into actionable insights and learning points for internal partners and management
Works together with analytics team in monitoring and reporting results from tracking studies, other syndicated data sources, and primary guest research
Integrates findings from multiple studies and sources of research to present a complete picture
Applies an understanding and knowledge of consumer, market, and industry trends to work activities
Uses syndicated data to examine industry trends and stays current on emerging consumer trends
Develops and nurtures relationships with other insights teams to remain informed of initiatives and disseminate research results
Qualifications / Requirements
Should have bachelor's degree from reputable university
At least 2 years of experience in insights & research
Ability to navigate in matrix organization
Healthy dissatisfaction with status quo, readiness to drive agenda and influence senior stakeholders
Ability to work under high level of ambiguity
