In this position, you will work as a on the SAS Fraud Management Solution. Primarily, you will provide technical support for trouble-
shooting multi-faceted issues within complex customer environments across the globe. In addition, you will be responsible for building environments for the solution to support testing, training, development and demonstrations of the solution.
This includes configuration, validation and documenting the installation, and acquiring profound knowledge of the installation in order to support customers during upgrades or trouble-
shooting production problems. The SAS Fraud Management solution is a mission-critical solution that monitors and detects fraud in the financial institutions.
As a member of this team, you support customers during a rotation to ensure the solution is operational to a negotiated service level agreement.
