As a leading food-tech business, Kitopi’s growth has been largely fueled by its innovative and scalable software solutions.

Kitopi’s kitchens are powered by its proprietary Smart Kitchen Operating System (SKOS) - an in-house suite of applications that optimizes cloud kitchen operations in real-time.

As part of its growth roadmap, technological innovation, data science, artificial intelligence, and robotics will take center stage as Kitopi continues to reinvent the food industry as we know it today.

As Data Engineers we make sure that everyone in the organization has easy, quick, and reliable access to the information they need every day to make the right decisions.

We build ETL solutions for Real-Time Data processing or Batch Processing with different platforms and technologies. We are constantly monitoring Data Warehouse / Data Lake to align with best practices both to be reliable and quickly accessible but also cost-effective.

As a Team , we not only design the solution but also translate it into a code that works in Gitlab CI / CD, Docker, Terraform, and Kubernetes.

All are strongly focused on Cloud solutions so that we can grow and develop in alignment with Kitopi’s requirements.

Apply if you have :

Very good knowledge of SQL and Python

Experience in working with the Business and the ability to translate Business requirements to Technical requirements

You will be a perfect match for us if you have :

Experience in building Data Warehouses / Data Lakes, ideally based on cloud solutions

Experience in working with Snowflake, DBT, Gitlab

Experience in building Data Pipelines based on Kafka events

Practical knowledge of a platform orchestrating processes (eg. Aifrlow)

Knowledge of Software engineering methodologies : eg. Unit Testing, CI / CD

How do we work?

In small Scrum Teams - Product Owner and Software Engineers located in Krakow

We deliver solutions in many small chunks. We love experimenting and prototyping

While working with data we use Containerisation, Continuous Integration / Deployment, Infrastructure as a Code (Terraform)
