Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an open and well-organized person with previous HR experience and proficiency in both, English and French.
What will you do?
The jobholder will be responsible for timely and accurate processing of employee data, payroll and benefits related data, according to the project deadlines and to the expected quality.
The position requires daily interaction with the Client via phone and email, ensuring proper resolution of payroll related requests and processing data and preparing calculations according to payroll calendar.
Another key aspect of the job is the cooperation with the other delivery team members, sharing knowledge and expertise, as well as making sure that all the necessary documentation is up to date.
Answer client’s calls and emails
Process HR Administration requests
Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures
Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and / or agreed transition plan
Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes
