What you will do :

  • Providing general administrative and clerical support
  • Administrating onboarding processes
  • Contacting suppliers and vendors
  • Preparing and modifying documents including correspondence, reports, memos, and emails
  • Cooperating with other departments, especially : Finance, HR, HQ Administration
  • Supporting sales team in verifying documents
  • Managing supplies and equipment
  • Organize business trips and accommodations
  • Building local manuals and procedures
  • Preparing sales reports, analyzing delay payments
  • Taking care of documentation workflow
  • Participation in invoicing process
  • Contacting payroll company
  • What we are looking for :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Proficiency in English is a must
  • Communicative German is obligatory
