Job Title : Business Development Executive Poland & Germany

Department : Customer Sales

Position Type : Full-Time

Pay Basis : Salaried Once Monthly

Travel : 10-20 days per year

Hours of Work : 40 hrs / week

Reports to : Manager, Customer Sales

People Manager : No

How You’ll have an Impact :

You’ll be responsible for expanding Coyote’s customer base by helping customers move their inventory in the most cost-effective way possible.

Essential Functions :

  • Identify prospects utilizing BAZOOKA®, CRM, web search engines, personal networking, industry publication, etc.
  • Research leads to develop background for sales calls and identify decision maker.
  • Cold call leads and try to breakthrough to decision maker.
  • Identify needs and persuade customers to give Coyote an opportunity to service their freight.
  • Effectively quote and win the customer considering all variable factors.
  • Follow up with previously called leads in a timely manner.
  • Update customer files in BAZOOKA® and CRM after each conversation.
  • Maintain relationships and continue to develop existing customer accounts.
  • Understand market trends and industry standards to facilitate pricing.
  • React with a sense of urgency to solve problems, escalating when necessary.
  • Serve as a resource to customers regarding Coyote service offerings, market trends, industry standards.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external contacts.
  • Build a great collaboration across departments, specially carrier, pricing and operations department
  • Liaise with operations on the proper onboarding of accounts
  • Keep track of customer performance and evaluate possible growth on share of wallet
  • Grow business pipeline with new and existing customers
