The Security Infrastructure Compliance Manager will act as the single point of contact for all external and internal audit requests in regards to Physical Access Control Systems, Video Surveillance Systems and Key Deposit Systems.

The primary focus of this positions is to ensure that all Security Infrastructure (SI) meets the highest standards to provide the required level of security.

This goal is attained through the review and management of all Security Infrastructure related processes.

The role involves :

  • You take care for all activities around global SOX processes (Control Owner) and implementing remediation actions in deficient areas
  • You gather, analyze and report data documenting control processes and update guidelines in the Facilities Infrastructure (FI) environment
  • You are responsible for changing control descriptions together with the global Subject Matter Experts and ensure the timely execution of the controls
  • You support our team on Video Surveillance and Building Access related topics
  • Additionally you implement new meaningful controls for accuracy and completeness of SI processes
  • By acting as an advisory function to the operational level you have the chance to create a strong and sustainable network on a global scale
  • Open to discussing flexible / agile working.

  • You have a University degree or similar
  • You have solid process and controls knowledge paired with strong analytical skills that enable you to grasp and process complex information quickly
  • You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive personality and can-do attitude
  • With your excellent communications skills you are able to communicate efficiently and effectively on all hierarchical levels
  • You are used to work with policies, guidelines and on tight deadlines
  • You are fluent in English (verbal and written), German is a plus
  • Ideally you have minimum 3 years of experience working in an international environment, preferably within the financial industry (audit & control will be an asset)
