As an integral member of the our Financial Shared Service (FISS) You will act as a key expert in the processes within a given zone for the entities served.
Major duties and responsibilities
Assure high quality and efficient Service Delivery
Coordinates the services performed for our internal Clients in P2P, O2C and R2R service lines
Ensures that all targets and deadlines described in KPIs and SLAs are met according to Client’s expectations
Assigns priorities for operations and services delivered to the Client
Assures sufficient resources to perform operations for the Client
Ensures knowledge management as well as that all deliverables for the project are created, approved and updated on ongoing manner
Responds to the Clients’ escalations and recommends solutions to eliminate challenges and issues
Drive Competency Center agenda and Operational Performance
Continuously strives to simplify, standardize and improve processes across all countries
Ensures that appropriate controls are implemented to reduce the risk of delays and errors.
Focuses on reporting and analysis of process quality and efficiency, performs Root Cause Analysis and delivers improvement plans
Creates strong and effective teams motivated towards effective performance and objectives realization
Ensures the workload is properly assigned to employees
Encourages cooperation, teamwork and knowledge sharing
Develops individuals with coaching, delegating and constructive feedback practices. Cooperate with HR department on staff development and staff issues resolution
Required qualifications and skills :
15 years of overall experience with a minimum of 5 years in Shared Services / BPO environment
Experience in Transition and Transformation projects
Experience in people management
University Degree in Finance, Accounting or Related Field
Additional professional qualifications (MBA, ACCA, CIMA)
Advanced analytical, organization and interpersonal skills
Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated strong project management skills
Good to have :
Understanding of accounting systems, reporting systems as well as continuous improvement methodologies
