  • Manage a team of sales professionals working in Warsaw as well as in Regional Depots.
  • Develop a clear trading strategy in the framework of the overall group strategy.
  • Identify new business areas, including new products to grow profitability.
  • Develop targets for the field sales teams, and monitor performance.
  • Disciplinary and technical lead of the entire field sales force in Poland and Czech Republic.
  • Create and maintain contact to key decision makers in the industry.
  • Take responsibility for price and budget / funds decisions.
  • 5 -8 years of successful professional background in sales / business development and team management.
  • Background in vehicle rental, business travels or corporate service sector is essential for the role.
  • College degree or equivalent.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, self- starter.
  • Fluency in English would be essential.
  • Experience in working within an international matrix organisation.
  • Readiness for travelling across dedicated region.
