You will join a team of highly skilled colleagues in R&D PLM group. The PLM team (Product Lifecycle Management) takes care of products present on the market, such as redesign to handle end of life components, adaptation to new regulations, standards and addressing quality, customer and cost issues.
On this position you will be supporting wide variety of quality and delivery PLM projects and tasks from product design perspective.
You will become subject matter expert in Samplers product group by building product expertize. You will also be responsible for administration and maintanance of Creo and WindChill software within Radiometer organization.
You will work closely with your colleagues from Poland and Denmark. Your working place will be Stargard, Poland.
To become successful, you should feel strong in mechanical / materials engineering and task coordination in relatively small projects.
You should also be ready for creating and updating product documentation.
Executing tasks and projects related to Samplers product group in the areas of compliance, quality, delivery, obsolescence and cost,
Running ECR / ECO engineering change orders,
Participating in problem solving process,
Building and maintaining subject matter expertize on Samplers product portfolio,
Maintaining product documentation,
Running tasks in international cross organizational environment,
Preparing feasibility studies and running and evaluating technical impact assessments,
Planning, conducting and documenting product verification testing,
Running problem root causing by efficient use of systematic problem solving process,
Supporting running production and participating in solving product quality issues,
Administrating Creo and Windchill software for Radiometer users.
At least 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering in the field of product development and / or product maintenance activities and minimum 3 years of experience in coordination of tasks in international environment and in working with product documentation,
Not necessary, but nice to have is experience in working in highly regulated industry, with high preference for experience in medical industry;
experience in plastic components design and plastic molding, in product lifecycle management with special focus on product sustaining phase and with 3D CAD software maintenance, with special interest to Creo and WindChill software,
Technical university degree in a field of Mechanical Engineering or similar (B.Sc. or M.Sc.),
Working languages : English (strong B2 / C1) and Polish,
Good practice of MS Office package,
Advanced knowledge and experience in 3D CAD software.
The position will require up to 20-30 days of travelling per year mainly to Denmark (after Covid-19 restrictions are removed).
