Currently 3M Service Center EMEA is looking for the candidates interested in the position : Job title : CO Specialist eChannel (Digital Marketing) Workplace : Wrocław, Śrubowa str.
Department : Customer Operations Goal of the position : On this role you will work for a successful delivery of CBG product data information for Amazon, with focus on bugs & NPIs support and catalog cleaning.
Responsibilities : Managing projects which aim is to deliver product data in customer specific industry standards Project management in-between various digital marketing teams from EMEA region Support CBG with focus on eChannel Syndication, Amazon catalog and product content publishing Support the syndication channel and the eCommerce team as a technical consultant to ensure the smooth data exchange with retail partners Ensuring availability, improve accuracy, consistency and quality of product content delivered to customers in digital channels Analyze negative trends or delays in the process to identify root causes enabling identification of proactive improvement opportunities Recommendations for ongoing process improvements to drive efficiency and maximize value realization Publish product master data and confirm data consistency across systems Review product completeness and determine corrective action as needed.
Work with product owners to resolve any data issues and answer question Monitor data changes and ensure appropriate downstream systems are updated Troubleshoot data and technical errors and take ownership over resolution.
Use and design reports to reconcile data across systems. Identify necessary updates in data mapping and make recommendations to resolve Conduct data analysis using Excel or PowerBI Requirements : 3-5 years of equivalent work experience in Digital Marketing including : syndication, e-channel, product information management Committed to improve the current service state with ability to solve problems and communicate properly Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to develop and exercise task specific projects with minimal supervision Able to cope with complexity and uncertainty Experience and comfort in working with multi-cultural stakeholders and environments Strong project management skills Strong customer service ethic for both, internal and external customers Ability to prioritize own and the team tasks tasks Collaborative Team player Analytical and meticulous approach to the tasks entrusted Detailed oriented and enjoys working with operational processes Understand product master data PIM / DAM systems knowledge Experience in setting product setup in eCommerce, SAP and Marketplace (Amazon preferred) Marketing data (text, image, video, A+ / HTML) Commercial and Supply chain data (price, UOM, size etc.
