We are currently searching for a Customer Service Representative. In close collaboration with our business unit SWAROVSKI PROFESSIONAL and together with the Account Managers and Key Account Managers you will offer a high-

quality service to our customers within the fashion, jewelry and lifestyle industry.


In this position, your main duties may include but are not limited to the following :

  • Support and advise customers on the whole product range, the stock situation, possibilities of various products incl. customized products, special motives, product applications, novelties etc.
  • Independently managing the order process from initial inquiry to completed delivery of product; prepare quotes, enter orders and arrange shipments
  • Coordinate the timely delivery of our products to our customers
  • Check customer credit accounts and align with Credit Management on credit limits, check price adjustments as well as customer specific discounts and payment conditions
  • Support customers in all their inquiries and build up trustful and long-term customer relationships
  • Handle customer complaints and other problems, ensure those are solved rapidly in an efficient and professional manner to satisfy the customer
  • Support the sales representatives in the markets in a service- and solution-oriented manner
  • Cooperate and communicate effectively with other departments regarding topics such as information needed for new products, customer needs, expectations, special production requests, strategies and follow-up actions
  • Actively contribute to the ongoing optimization of service processes
  • Ensures accurate data input on a daily basis in all systems

    As a motivated professional, you bring at least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a multicultural environment.

    You have excellent cooperation skills, combined with a result-driven approach towards problem solving. Furthermore, you have excellent communication skills combined with a calm and friendly attitude and a strong customer service orientation.

    Moreover, you are fluent in Spanish, French and English. Proficiency in Italian would be a great plus.
