About the Opportunity

Dentons Business Services EMEA is currently looking for an Intern to support our UK, Ireland and Middle East Talent Development (L&D) team in the full range of Talent Development activities.

Based in Warsaw, you will support the implementation of the Talent Development strategy to provide high quality by providing efficient and proactive administrative and system support.

This is a 6 month paid internship that has a potential to roll into a full time permanent role for the right individual.

About the role

  • Supporting the UKIME TD team with the co-ordination and administration of training courses and events by scheduling dates with internal or external instructors, advertising programmes to delegates via e-bulletins, creating joining instructions, booking venues, organising required materials or equipment.
  • Using SAP SuccessFactors (Dentons Learning Management system) to manage the above end to end training administration and processes including monitoring bookings / requests, attendance records, feedback surveys
  • Production of SuccessFactors reports as required
  • Support end users of SuccessFactors with guidance to problem solve or assist with self-service functions
  • Providing first line information in response to all TD enquiries from Dentons UKIME staff via the TD mailbox or escalation of queries to relevant team or TD manager
  • Support TD coordinator in processing all TD invoices to obtain appropriate authorization and reconciling the TD budget tracker against monthly financial reports
  • Support TD team by acting as moderator during live webinars on Zoom or MS Teams including testing audio / video set up, monitor chat box, set up and run polls, break out rooms
  • Provide system admin support for other Talent Development / digital learning platforms including Percipio, 360 degree feedback, psychometrics (e.
  • g. Insights, MBTI, DISC) creating accounts or reporting as required

  • Co-ordinate content updates to TD portal pages as directed by TD team
  • Provide ad hoc admin support to TD team as required.
  • About You

  • Fluent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
  • Experience of working with a Learning Management System or digital learning platforms would be an advantage (e.g SAP SuccessFactors, webinar or other digital learning tools
  • Demonstrates initiative and the ability to be proactive
  • Methodical approach to work with a strong focus on accuracy, attention to details, consistency and quality
  • Regularly communicates and updates colleagues to ensure a smooth delivery of service
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure
  • A flexible approach to adapt to differing demands, prioritizing tasks where appropriate and ensuring completion of tasks
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Demonstrates excellent customer / client facing skills
  • Understands the need for well-defined procedures and keeps process documentation updated
