End User Services department is part of the Global Credit Suisse Infrastructure organization. Project Manager will with multicultural End User Services product management, engineering operations, global service desk and associated vendors to deliver end user facing workplace, collaboration and compliance services (desktop, mobile, voice, document repository, electronic communication compliance platform, etc.
End User Services Project Manager will be part of a talented strategic projects team managing large scale technology projects improving end user experience and efficiency in all bank hub and branch locations.

Project Management - lead and deliver one or more projects delivering modern solution, creatively working through constraints, and providing business case benefits.
Act as a Scrum master for Agile teams, and mange external dependencies.
Project Governance you will contribute and prepare monthly steering boards, stream lead meetings etc.
Project Controls you will accurately and dedicatedly manage financials, risks, impediments, resources, and change requests.
Partner and communication management - at all levels of the organization including key senior partners, audit, compliance, vendors, subject matter experts.
Delivery Compliance - you will ensure projects are compliant and follow Credit Suisse PMI based Waterfall methodology or Agile methodology and are auditable.
Vendor management you will lead market evaluation, RFP and new product or service selection, and facilitate commercial and contractual engagement.
Technical Deployment you will plan, facilitate the design, scope and deliver proof of concepts, harden and scale the solutions, and deploy pilots and global migration.
Reporting you will report status (progress vs. plan, issues, risks etc.) on projects in-line with program guidelines and timelines, and provide full visibility of the project to the partners, prepare and facilitate presentations to governance forums.

Essentials Skills and Qualifications :
Proven technical Infrastructure PM with experience to work in Global environment, onboard vendors / service providers, build and validate new technical solutions and deploy / roll out globally.
You have 10+ years’ experience handling technical IT projects in complex infrastructure environment globally, Project Management Professional certification is a requirement, financial institution knowledge is a plus, Agile experience is a plus.
You will track record of delivering complex IT projects with technology deployments to production, in both outsourced and insourced, matrixed environments, with high degree of uncertainty.
You are a self-starter who can work effectively when located remote from other members of their team. You have the ability to work in a dynamic, demanding environment and a solid team player with history of working in a multi time zone (global) environment.
You have good communication skills oral and written. Ability to create concise and clear consolidated reports and visual presentations to communicate triple constraint and business impacts effectively to senior management, partners and SMEs.
Proven record of escalation of project risks and issues, effective use of middle and senior management.
Solid leadership, client relationship and project partner management skills, with ability to effectively drive alignment and decision-
making, communicate at all levels?
Do you have high degree of proficiency in MS Office applications, such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel, as well as Visio?
You have excellent planning and analytical skills - task and financial. Deep understanding of project financials, business case calculations, project cost, capital, operational expense variance with total cost of ownership and benefit tracking.
You have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related subject is a plus, but not a requirement.
