Job Description

As a Third Parts / Contractors Recruiter Specialist at Publicis Sapient, closely working with demand planning and workforce planning, you’ll enable staffing solutions across limited or long term assignments You’ll balance multiple high-priority assignments while developing partnerships across the business to provide the highest level of customer service.

Your Impact :

  • Oversee the direction, fulfillment, and reporting of day-to-day staffing requests collaborating with Capacity Manager
  • Contribute to reporting for utilization trends and forecasts
  • Initiate staffing requests for both full time and contracting resources
  • Maintain an inventory of core skills and track team members’ skills by proficiency, frequency, and context of use
  • Ensure new hires are equipped to make an impact on their projects by providing project- specific guidance and familiarization
  • Maintain and communicate key information to Capacity Partners about current projects, pipeline and resource forecast and provide daily job status updates to team members
  • Qualifications

    Your Skills & Experience :

  • Ability to promote smooth workflow and communication between industry teams, ensuring workflow progresses efficiently and projects / staff are shifted as needed
  • Proven ability to communicate efficiently with internal and external stakeholder
  • Set Yourself Apart With :

  • 3 + years of resource management / staffing / workforce planning experience in a Digital Company, or in a Digital Agency
  • 2 + years of industry or Project / Program Coordination experience; proven ability to manage complex initiatives to successful completion
  • Experience staffing technical and digital skillsets
  • Experience in staffing / handling workforce solutions in a digital environment
  • Relationship management and influencing skills
  • Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, filtering, and sorting, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal / presentation
  • Ability to take complex issues or situations and present them in a simple and easy to follow manner
  • Outstanding organizational awareness and change management skills
  • Detail-oriented working style with a strong business focus
  • Outstanding organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Service-oriented attitude (flexible, personable, approachable)
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills operating with absolute professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to prioritize workload and delegate to other operations team members
  • Ability to provide and receive feedback in a constructive manner
