As a Project Manager you will participate in various projects using your operational experience and knowledge. You will be the first point of contact for your team, clients and contractors and will support them in all arising topics.
Your tasks contain these areas :
Project management :
Conduct projects from inception, completion to handover
Lead meetings and consult our customers in all respects
Develop and monitor project plans and schedules to set projects up and mitigate risks
Be responsible for project delivery
Meet company targets by supervision and support
Business Development :
Develop and extend your existing professional network
Acquire projects and clients as well as make initial contact. The aim is to develop an effective long-term relationships with our clients
Client management which contains process inquiries, negotiation of quotes, contract preparation and signing
Assist our marketing and PR to identify, develop and convert new business opportunities
Internal Organization :
Effective control, review and audit the costs of projects
Daily operation : Lead, develop, manage and motivate a high performing team
Collaboration in financial management which includes invoicing and capacity planning
Support the positioning of the company by contributing to ideas and strategies for the growth of the business
Quality management (e.g. quality officer support, participation in audits and certification, Training)
completed master’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, business administration or similar
Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in the fields of property management, engineering or real estate consulting as well as professional experience in the industry and / or logistics sector
Leadership with experience managing intercultural teams in an extremely fast paced environment
Ability to inspire confidence and deal with your team, clients and contractors at all levels in a proactive way
Excellent Polish and English skills, German is a plus
International work experience and intercultural competence are a plus
Willingness to travel within Europe
