It is the Sales and Marketing teams who get our engineering innovations on to the road. We develop and future-proof our sales and service network, and determine the strategic orientation of key business processes.

Customer satisfaction and market penetration are our top priorities. Key areas include strategic marketing and product management, sales, order management, market management, aftersales, marketing and communications, network development, management and support.

Industrial Engine Sales / Service

Industrial engine business is selling engine components for industrial machinery use that Mitsubishi Fuso matured its engine technologies by truck and bus use.

The engines are to be used for construction machines such as generators, cranes, and excavators.

Our mission is building up engine specifications together with industrial machine OEMs world wide based on needs by such OEMs just like the conductor of an orchestra, and then of course selling our engines to them.

There are lots of opportunities and environment to lead discussion with internal and external business partners such as OEMs, R&D, Porduction and customer services covering end to end processes from 1st contact to OEMs to delivery of

engines and even customer services.

Our engines are part of industrial machinery by OEMs which contribute society.

You will be able to broaden your knowledge and knowhow in the world of industrial engine. We are very much convinced that you will have a lot of valuable experiences.

Your Roles and Tasks

  • Technical support to worldwide OEMs and GDs on our engines for their own equipment development
  • Technical support to worldwide OEMs, GDs and Dealers for technical concerns in our engines after OEMs and GDs sell their equipment.
  • Technical support to sales and business development team of MFTBC industrial engine business
  • Support to worldwide OEMs and GDs for warranty cases including system input, and handling of goodwill
  • Recall and service campaign handling (informing, collecting information, technical and warranty submission support)
  • Qualifications

    Practical knowledge and experiences

  • Technical service experiences for diesel engines
  • Hands on skill of engines as a mechanic preferred
  • International field service experiences preferred
  • Microsoft Office (word, excel and power point)
  • Personal skill requirement

  • Mechanic certificate of diesel engines
  • Communication skills
  • Open and international mindset
  • Language skills

  • Japanese level : Business
  • English level : Business
  • Chinese level : optional (Business level preferred)
