For our Client from BPO / SSC industry we are currently looking for talented people with knowledge of foreign languages, ready to start or continue their professional career in international structures.

Customer Service Coordinator (help desk) - home office with Slovenian language

Candidate's duties :

Answering incoming phone calls and e-mails

Constant contact with company's business customers

Providing professional customer service

Responding to requests

Finding solutions to individual customer needs

Transferring problems to second or third line of support

Building a positive image of the company among customers

Maintaining positive working relationships

Preparing business notes on the work performed

Requirements :

Free conversation in Slovenian and English (minimum B2 level)

foreign language skills, must be able to communicate freely

availability to work full time

availability to work full time

motivation and willingness to develop

able to manage own time

What does our client provide?

Work in remote, hybrid or stationary mode (depending on place of residence)

Ability to adjust your schedule to other commitments

Work with flexible schedule (night, 1st, 2nd and weekend shifts)

Full-time work (5 times per week, 8 hours each)

Work with SAP
