As Employee Lifecycle Intern , you will provide support to the team of Employee Lifecycle Specialists who are collaborating with Takeda employees in DACH region.
Reporting to the People Solutions Employee Lifecycle Manager , you will become a great contributor to our transformation project .
Accelerate value & make an impact by :
Processing basic processes in Workday
Supporting team in creation of standard operating procedures and work instructions during the transition
Taking part in learning sessions as a note taker to help colleagues in documenting process flows and activities
Supporting team in collecting standard templates during transition and making necessary adjustments
Supporting team in basic documents generation (work certificate, reference letters, etc.)
Required qualifications :
Computer literacy - MS Office
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Stress resistance, discipline, dedication
Willingness to learn new things
Preferred qualifications :
Interest in HR
Good command of other European languages
General curious mindset
Building relationships and trust through challenging the status quo
