This business group will offer the full portfolio for customers wanting to buy mobile access networks. It target leadership in key technologies such as 5G, ORAN and vRAN.
Key tasks and activities :
2G / 3G / 4G / 5G Mobile Networks pilots, trials, lab and on site testing, commissioning, integration, troubleshooting, upgrades / swap, acceptance.
Plans, delivers and executes technical activities to provide services directly and indirectly to Nokia customers for Implementation and Care of RAN systems (2G / 3G / 4G / 5G).
Can troubleshoot and solve technical problems. Organizes project environment for new radio products introduction. Understanding more complex cases including multi-disciplinary cases.
Experience, autonomy and supervision, decision taking :
Extensive experience with Nokia RAN products (HW, SW, features), services, infrastructure (BTS, antenna systems, BSC, RNC) gained over a period of more than 5 years or equivalent external experience.
Can work independently with all standard and many complex and non-standard tasks in a wide range of technical situations.
Autonomous and pro-active within allocated tasks.
Makes task decisions within own competence area. Makes decisions for subordinate grades.

Significant local impact with effect across projects and could be longer term.
Accountable for own quality, accuracy and efficiency and in part for supervised others.
Supports junior colleagues and peers. Responsible to share knowledge with others.
Interfacing : Project Manager, Technical Manager, Site Engineering Manager, Solution Manager, Global Service Delivery Radio Engineers, New Product Introduction, Research & Development.
University degree in Telecommunication
RAN Product and Technology Knowledge
Min. 5 years’ experience with Radio Systems 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G
