Legal Documentation Specialist with German

The candidate must communicate freely in English and German as on daily basis will interact closely with Frankfurt, mostly with Luxembourg team.
Previous experience in Corporate or financial Services / notary’s office or back office / administration / documentation (preferably in international structures) is essential for this role.
University degree or comparable training in the fields of law or financial services (financial services, law firm, notary's office, tax advisor) will be an asset.
Your role :
You will be mostly responsible for back office duties, similar to those performed in legal or tax offices. Scope of responsibilities includes contact with internal and external stakeholders in English and German via email and phone, circulation of documents and interaction to some extent with the Board, preparation of meeting minutes, maintaining the corporate calendar, as well as statutory registers and the corporate files of each fund.
