Russian-speaking Technical Service Coordinator Logistics (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dynamic and hardworking Service Coordinator International Trade and Logistics for our office in Warsaw to support our growing business in Eastern Europe (CIS countries and Poland).

In this multifaceted and international position, you will be responsible for all import and export trade and logistics for spare parts and will be collaborating closely with international Customer Support teams in Europe to contribute towards the achievement of the Service organization's business objectives.

Your daily job responsibilities will include :

  • Entering and managing requests linked to instrumentation into the service management’s software
  • Processing service orders from quotation to delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring the delivery of all inbound and outbound shipments (air and cargo mainly)
  • Managing invoicing, issue of credit notes and return of goods
  • Field Engineer dispatch, create mission orders, assign and ensure right spare parts (external service providers)
  • Identify, develop and implement improvements to support processes and procedures
  • Adhere to Quality Management System procedures and team objectives
  • Performs additional tasks as assigned by the Europe Technical Service Coordinator Manager
  • Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time

    Candidate's requirements :

    Education or Experience (in years) :

  • Educational background in International trade and logistic with some years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge and skills :

  • Basic knowledge and work experience with international trade (import / export) and logistics with Russia and other Russian-speaking countries (CIS)
  • Fluent English and Russian (written and oral) is required (additional languages would be an advantage Polish, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Portuguese)
  • Trade regulation knowledge (incoterm, custom, international payment terms, ) would be beneficial
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to positively cope with change and pressure / urgency
  • Knowledge and use of commercial computer application packages (MS Office)
  • Experience with SAP (or similar ERP System like would be beneficial
  • Able to follow complex procedures and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Works independently in a structured manner with the ability to prioritize critical tasks
  • Builds collaborative work relationships with different teams
