WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Digital Lead in the Design Studios team, you will be a strategic thinker and visionary leader who understands people, design, business and technology, and are able to combine it all to propose solutions and experiences to project’s needs.
You will be a creative thought-leader with an excellent digital background who will lead, guide, and mentor and motivate a team of digital designers in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, working across experience (UX) design, XR extended reality, digital products and service solutions (prototypes and POCs).
You will do this while building deep client relations, making senior clients feel both comfortable and engaged through the entire process.
You will work with a multi-dimension team of creative specialists, establishing the frameworks and vision that will guide the outcome for new experiences.
You will be a design thought partner for the consulting team, leveraging an experience design strategy approach and offering design solutions to meet the client's objectives.
You will work very close with the creative manager and creative leadership to build on top of the regional / global strategy and always looking to add value to business needs.
You will work with our consulting teams, lead and oversee digital projects end-to-end by executing complex and ambiguous briefs with minimal direction by translating business language and processes into creative solutions.
You will be comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously, preferring a mix of strategic and design work. You will be able to quickly build rapport and trust with clients and provide direction and design critique to team members.
You will be creative as well as analytical and enjoy working on a range of projects - from service design to UX / UI. You will be collaborating with the global Design Studios digital team, leading a regional digital team and coordinate projects with an international team, when needed.
Additionally, looking for vendors and freelances to cover some areas of expertise or capability missing on the DS team.
You’ll lead and develop creative briefs that capture the business challenge, build timelines, ensure all deadlines are met, communicate with clients and have the ability to conceptualize and ideate creative digital solutions, support all decisions with creative, strategic and / or business reasoning, present creative concepts and discuss ideas to internal clients.
Leading and coordinating on multiple creative projects at one time, you’ll drive the execution of creative projects ensuring clients are satisfied with the quality of final result.
You will provide leadership and inculcate innovative thinking to the Digital team and establish rich and engaging partnerships with BCG Consulting teams.
As a Digital Lead you will be guiding Digital Designers in the team from associate to senior level, providing guidance, direction, upskilling and support throughout their career development
