This position requires the ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technology issues, configure and maintain equipment, and support a variety of industry-standard tools and proprietary software systems.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain a strong customer focus in providing services, at times conferring with vendors, partners, and clients.
Administer the corporate network, including compute layer, storage layer, and network layer.
Assist with developing new strategies and technical procedures to increase global team collaboration, improve operational efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction.
Ability to create new technical solutions, improve existing designs, and modify and test software tools.
Capable of comprehending, analyzing, and troubleshooting highly complex systems and production processes.
Self-starter with ability to balance a sense of urgency against measured thinking and attention to detail.
Provide triaging and front line support of internal customers.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1+ years of relevant experience required.
Technical skills with MacOS and Linux operating systems.
Written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with system users and other technical colleagues.
Solid understanding of network design, performance and security.
Able to diagnose and resolve issues across multiple communication protocols, networks, and operating systems.
Experience working with physical and virtual servers.
Coding and scripting experience.
Experience with GCP or AWS.
Familiarity with SAML and Okta.
BONUS KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Experience with Virtual Environments / Desktops.
Experience with Windows Server.
Experience with OpenVPN and routing.
