Job Description

  • Promote CyberVadis suite of products and solutions to clients
  • Generate action plan to guarantee achievement of sales target.
  • Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, webinar, etc. to assist in the customer onboarding process and drive a high response rate
  • Identify & target at risk customers (i.e. limited activity, communication issues, etc.) and take appropriate steps to engage them proactively to understand their situation & drive action
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of your customers. This includes key industries, business challenges, and objectives to appropriately communicate EcoVadis product capabilities and associated business benefits to address their needs throughout the onboarding process
  • Understanding and communicating industry best practices and the evolution of EcoVadis product and platform functionality, methodology, and administrative services integral to the customer's success
  • Identifying risks to the customers successful completion of the EcoVadis evaluation process and actively work to mitigate issues before they happen.
  • Work with internal & external stakeholders to facilitate communication & information exchange.

  • Capture and record internal and customer-sourced insights, then proactively report & contribute as necessary with the Team Leader, Management, & other EcoVadis BU’s to bridge gaps that may exist between customer expectations & participation
  • Additional responsibilities related to the function may be required, as participating in coordination of tasks and projects to improve company adoption, communication, awareness, and internal engagement processes
  • Qualifications

  • Degree in a Business related discipline (Management, Business, Marketing)
  • Must be fluent in English and French . Proficiency in additional languages would be appreciated.
  • Experience - At least 3 years and up to 5 years working experience preferably with international exposure in a sales / support role (even if only dealing with international clients over the phone).
  • Must be able to speak with a client or a supplier as a first level support.
  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Customer and quality oriented attitude.
  • Applicants with a demonstrated interest in IT Security will be favored
  • Willing to work in a start-up team environment, ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrate high proficiency in Excel and Power Point.
  • Ability to work well in an international start-up team environment.
