The Talent and Coaching Specialist will function as a key member of the EMEA Talent team within the wider EMEA Talent, Diversity and Learning group and partner with our regional HR and Global Talent and Diversity colleagues.

Annual Talent Review
Annual Promotions Process
Ad-hoc projects, e.g. the future of work, developing an agile organization
Talent and Coaching Specialist - Key Responsibilities :
Support the delivery of the annual Talent Processes, e.g. set up timeline / meetings and liaise with EMEA and Global HR
Updating of key Talent systems e.g. GTMS, PowerPoint Decks, WorkDay, Coach Tracker etc.
Creating powerful communications which bring key talent messages to life for a senior audience
Designing and implementing talent analytics and a talent dashboard in partnership with HCRA and other key stakeholders
Design, set up and management of key events e.g. D / MD promotions communications and celebrations
Act as a point of contact for internal and external coaches
Support the coach / coachee / manager relationship set-up
Work with the LEAP team to manage the provision of internal coaches
Management of talent and coaching budgets and spend
Develop metrics which measure impact of talent and coaching spend
Vendor relationship management
Lead ad-hoc talent and coaching projects; e.g. coaching survey
Set-up ad-hoc talent and coaching development interventions for HR colleagues
Conduct Role / Desk Based Assessments for senior roles as required
Update Senior Hires / Talent tracker in partnership with Resourcing Team
Coordinate annual Executive Assessment process
Manage CWLDP, CCO Certification and CCO Risk Program Nominations
Key point of contact and lead responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Work Day Talent modules and Coach Tracker.
This will include the design of interventions / communications to upskill our EMEA HR colleagues as required.
Engage with HRA, Learning Advisors and business sponsors to understand and advise on requirements for Talent and Coaching and related capabilities at Citi
Where necessary deputize for the members of the Talent and Coaching team

Knowledge / Experience :
The ideal candidate will have some HR experience, ideally within a large, matrixed and multinational organization
Experience in talent management, coaching, organization development or related fields would also be highly desirable
A successful track record in coordinating, supporting and managing projects
Demonstrated success at building credibility quickly at all levels of the organization
