As part of our HR Services team you will act as an HR guide for our employees. You will have the opportunity to navigate them through the world of HR topics and design smart and elegant solutions for them.

What will you do?
Be responsible for the deployment of training courses including management of logistics and facilities, contact with training providers and monitoring the budget
Support special events and campaigns in the country (e.g. Learning Week, training needs collection, etc.)
Be responsible for training sessions administration and monitoring in internal training management system
Collaborate with key stakeholders - Learning Solutions, HRBP's and managers
What will help you to be successful?
Very good French and good English skills
Interest, knowledge, education and / or experience in HR would be your advantage
Experience in SSC / BPO organization will be a huge asset
Customer orientation and teamworking skills
Proactive attitude and innovation spirit
