An opportunity to join the Credit Suisse as a Real Time Collaboration Services Team Lead in EMEA and one of the key technical resources for the region to support and enhance clients services and capabilities.

RTC Services provides support for Microsoft Lync / Skype for Business, Enterprise Voice communication and integration, Compliance Voice Recording and Application Integration services.

RTC Services is part of Collaboration Services Department, which delivers IT services for the bank including email, real time communication, video conferencing, document management and retention services.

Main duties and responsibilities :

  • A Team Leader managing Team of system engineers and Technical Leader providing leadership for integration and support of Real Time Collaboration services in EMEA region.
  • Manage operations and integration for Microsoft Lync / Skype for Business, Telephony System Integration, Compliance Media Recording (Verba), Applications platform integration and other RTC related services for the Bank in EMEA region.
  • Provide Level 2 / Level 3 support for applications and systems in scope. Resolve complex incidents with working knowledge, partnership and appropriate interaction with other teams, suppliers and vendors.
  • Responsible for : incident, problem, change management as well as capacity, performance and service quality for Real Time Voice Communication.
  • Pro-active risk management, including end of life. Design, gather and analyze operational metrics to consistently improve the service quality and end experience.
  • Support internal security and infrastructure audits as well as regulatory compliance. Defining and implementing best practices and standards to drive sufficient platform performance and stability.
  • Be a part of global, diverse team that delivers critical services to the Bank, with growth and development opportunities.

    You Offer

  • Higher education. Minimum 4 years overall IT and infrastructure experience.
  • Excellent technical background for Microsoft Systems technologies and management experience in IT systems management services and / or voice communication services.
  • Understanding of Voice and VoIP technologies (SBC, PBX, Survivable Branch Appliances).
  • Very good knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL, DNS, Routing, Firewall, Proxies, Network Segmentation, Load Balancing, Quality of Service and other network / security technologies.
  • Experience in management of Lync 2010 / Lync 2013 / Skype for business infrastructure in any of areas would be an asset.
  • Voice communication services. Experience with deploying, configuring and supporting Microsoft products would be an asset.
