We are looking for a Process Developer in GFIR (Group Funtions Information and Reporting) to extend unit's Operational Excellence and process development activities in Poland.

The offer

You’ll join Group Functions Information and Reporting, where we perform both regulatory and business reporting on behalf of various stakeholders within and outside of Nordea.

Our aim is to enhance common ways of working and continuously improve our processes by having the ownership and business competence in processes and applications for Capital-

Liquidity-, Financial-, Risk- and Tax reporting. What you’ll be doing :

  • Maintenance and further development of Capacity Planning related spreadsheets
  • Process modelling in MEGA tool
  • Operational Excellence (OX) communications, training and facilitation in GFIR Poland
  • Support different improvement initiatives within collaboration with other units in GFIR
  • The role is based in Łódź. The role operates cross Nordea through teams based in Poland, Copenhagen, Helsinki and Stockholm.

    This GFIR OX and Common Processes team is striving adoption of modern, lean and agile ways of working in the GFIR unit.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent MS Excel skills
  • Professional / Excellent VBA and Excel macro skills
  • Work experience on a similar position would be an asset
