Airline Cashier – Refunds Specialist (Amadeus or Galileo)

We are looking for new candidates to join our Shared Services Centre in Warsaw, Poland.

Key Areas of Activity :

  • Work competently and use all relevant technology resources to their full potential
  • Work as part of the Central Refund team and jointly, with other departments within HRG, to develop and enhance effective communication and co-
  • operation on all business travel matters.

    Qualifications & Experience Required :

  • Relevant Amadeus or Galileo experience
  • In depth knowledge of fares with expertise in rules, regulations, routing and cancellation policies
  • High school mathematics pass or work experience demonstrating competency in numeracy
  • In depth knowledge of taxes, how taxes are applied to airline tickets and how to calculate refunds on different types of airline tickets
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of procedures for refunds
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
  • Computer competence with word, excel, AS400 and outlook programmes
