We are looking for
Consumer Care Intern who is eager to support the PH Consumer Care in regular business analysis and consumer experience projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to use your enthusiasm & knowledge on day-to-day issues within the well-recognized multinational company.
You are responsible for
Consumer Care operational tasks (support in execution of consumer service projects)
Support in handling consumers inquiries and requests
Support in preparing process documentation
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Student of last year of studies
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Available at least 30h / week
MS Excel knowledge (pivot tables, vlookup etc.)
Engaged, motivated, ambitious, eager to learn and develop new skills and knowledge
Working well individually as well as a part of a team
