ABOUT THE ROLE
The HR Associate is a critical member of the EMEA HR Solutions Center team. The EMEA HR Solutions Center Team is a versatile first point of contact for all HR related inquiries, assisting employees with general HR questions and managers with employee lifecycle administration.
Provides scalable administration of regional HR programs and specialized solutions such as : HR Process & Project Management, HR Policy & Compliance, HR Technology and HR Reporting.
This role provides first level support to employees across the region, on a variety of HR related topics, from policy and procedure, to technology support.
HR Associate at Arrow is responsible for :
Responding to HR policy - related questions and queries on administrative HR procedures and practices via multiple channels within our HR Solutions Center (e.
g., e-mail, phone, and case management system)
Educating clients of services available to them and ensure accountability towards self-service tools such as Workday
Continuously creating and defining process improvements focusing on standardization related to HR programs, initiatives and inquiries
General administration duties : preparing reports etc. as well as helping the Finance department with quarterly closings
A FEW THINGS YOU’RE AN EXPERT AT
Good English skills, both spoken and written (B2 / C1 level)
Being process and customer service oriented
Demonstrating positive approach and the desire to build projects from scratch
Willing to provide our employees with the best quality of HR services
A FEW MORE THINGS YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE (OR WANT TO LEARN)
Knowledge of Workday program
Knowledge of any additional European language
Previous HR experience (ideally in SSC sector)
preferred but not required
Experience in process transition and / or other projects
