Currently 3M Service Center EMEA is looking for the candidates interested in the position : CO Analyst Customer Dialog Representative with Italian Department : Customer Operations Workplace : Wroclaw, Śrubowa Str.
Goal of the position : Person in this position is responsible for handling customer support for 3M products and services.
Person processes and answers initial product enquiries via telephone, e-mail, social media channels and contact forms. The employee's main responsibilities include ensuring high quality contact with customer, complying with accepted quality and quantity standards.
Person is also open to contact with internal clients (such as sales organization) and demonstrates high skills in building relations with customers.
Duties and responsibilities : Customer support for 3M products & services Presentation our products, services, promotions and send product information according to defined processes Responsible for the qualification of potential new customers and forward activities and leads to the Sales Organization or trading partners Act as central point of contact for all trade partners, private customers, end customers and internal interfaces Responsible for monitoring work queues for new requests Identify contacts in new companies and analyse customer needs Support the sales and marketing functions in the development of sustainable customer relationships Responsible for completing assigned tasks within agreed targets Identify opportunities to improve data quality & reduce cycle time Other activities delegated by direct supervisor Act according to 3M regulation and policies Requirements : Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university 1-2 years of equivalent work experience in Complaints Handling, Customer Issue Resolution, Operations, Customer Service Fluent in English and Italian Commercial flair on the phone Customer First Thinking Previous experience working with Salesforce Very high communication skills Previous experience working within customer service / customer issue resolution / complaints is a benefit Detailed oriented and enjoys working with operational processes Proactive attitude to the duties entrusted Collaborative Team player Analytical Our offer : Attractive compensation Private medical care Life insurance Retirement scheme Multisport card Opportunity to work globally as part of an international organization Work in a dynamic, respectful, inclusive, and friendly environment with an open-door policy A Unique organizational culture focused on collaboration and problem solving Professional training and onboarding package Interested in this role?
