Your Responsibilities :

We are a team of IT experts, who provide excellent services for GSK sites worldwide on a daily basis. As a part of a global healthcare company, we work in a multinational environment, support around 100,000 GSK employees and over 20 000 systems in the entire company.

At present, at our office in Poznan, we employ about 700 highly-skilled professionals.

The job purpose of IT Consultant, Segmentation is to provide ownership of the key part of the segmentation tools across the digital service and all additional services that are being handled within the team.

Key responsibilities :

  • Ownership of the key part of the segmentation service (Adobe Audience Manager) that has have a direct impact on the digital marketing strategy of the sales unit
  • Provide the highest quality solutions within the framework of consultations provided
  • Regular reporting service delivery status to Service Manager
  • Working closely with strategic 3rd parties on incidents related to ongoing projects
  • Working on new digital platforms begin managed by the team
  • Working closely with the Business
  • Basic qualifications :

  • Experience with working on Adobe Audience Manager
  • Experience in working on Content Management Systems or other digital platforms
  • Service ownership and delivery experience
  • Strong problem solving approach
  • Customer expectations management skills
  • High command of English language (B2 / C1)
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience gained at marketing agencies would be an additional asset
