General Description

A WEEK IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST :

  • You will take full ownership of customers’ orders from the Purchase Order receipt to the delivery and invoicing.
  • You will coordinate the order treatment with appropriate Sales, Technical Consultants, Sales Operations, Order manager.
  • You will be responsible for the internal coordination and follow-up of customer requests / claims.
  • You will undertake effective root because analysis whilst following best practice and quality management processes.
  • You will attend customer meetings and assist customers when visiting Gemalto’s offices.
  • You will be responsible for record management.
  • KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :

  • You need to have a University degree, ideally in Business Administration or related.
  • You must have a very good level of English and French fluent anguage skills (daily communication), Polish is an advantage.
  • We are looking for someone preferably with 1-3 years of experience in customer service / support or related, but fresh graduates and senior university students are also welcome.
  • We are looking for someone with strong MS Office skills, some knowledge and understanding of contract management, sales, logistics and export areas.
  • You should have a friendly communication style, professional attitude, good organizational skills and autonomous work style.
