Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Prepare plan & prioritise digital campaigns divided per Customers groups
  • Perform customer behaviour analysis and create, execute and monitor campaigns for cross sell, retention & churn
  • Regularly track and manage campaigns implementation process in cooperation with Customer experience platform coordinators.
  • Close cooperation with digital and CRM department
  • Provide campaign reporting, analysis, and insights
  • Monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis and continuously optimize tactics to improve effectiveness in achieving targets
  • Deliver monthly CVM reports and presentations
  • Make strategic recommendations
  • Create various ad-hoc reporting and analysis
  • Nasze wymagania

  • BSc in Marketing, Economics, Data Analysis or related field
  • Postgraduate degree will be considered as an advantage
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (able to work with large data sets)
  • 2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably working with CRM systems, data environments, and / or CVM areas
  • Working with the automation systems like salesmanago, exponea, hub spot, Synerise will be considered as an advantage
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Very good multitasking and organizational skills
  • Able to handle a heavy workload under pressure with competing priorities
