This role aims to drive adoption of data driven marketing within PRCE and partner agencies.
It involves planning campaigns, owning the process of implementation and optimization together with ensuring that learnings and best practices are shared among various stakeholders.
Campaign Planning :
Responsibility for full funnel media activations (awareness, engagement, conversion)
Developing campaign journeys across channels and segments while leveraging past learnings.
Identifying opportunities for data collection (1p) and leveraging that data within campaign segmentation and journeys
Connecting with Measurement & Optimization Specialist & agencies to set up A / B variant testing
Responsible for media partnerships across PRCE region
Planning for Social Media, Search, Programmatic and other emerging digital media platforms
Campaign Execution :
Optimize media plans according to real-time results and set KPIs
Oversee media agencies / partners for (1p, 2p, 3p) data usage and A / B testing
Responsible for capturing 1p data along customer journeys during campaigns
Create and lead bidding, inventory, frequency and audience based media strategies
Oversee programmatic campaigns against viewability, transparency and workable media targets
Learning agenda :
Responsible for training & upskilling local teams on digital performance marketing and media.
Support best practice creation with agencies and local teams. Scale them across organization.
Translating Brand Team briefs & objectives into actionable media strategies.
Leveraging data (1p, 2p, 3p) and A / B testing strategies for media optimization.
Hands-on approach, must have knowledge of FB Business Manager, Google Analytics, Programmatic, Search
Leading media delivery projects
Delivering against set consumer insights, brand & digital KPIs
Digital Media monitoring
Reporting & best practice sharing across digital presence team
