We are looking for people to join our HR Operations team in the new HR Call Center. In this role you will be the first point of contact for all HR queries.
The ultimate goal is to ensure all queries will be answered or routed to the right team and to ensure customer satisfaction.
Your task in this role will include :
Onboards, trains and coaches new CSR's and is available for low level escalations when needed.
Conduct outbound phone calls to follow up on cases.
Care for executives contacting HR Operations.
Conduct frequent review of Frequently Asked Questions, Policies, Procedures to identify new CCS or steps needed to proactively answer customer inquiries.
Work closely with HR Legal team to research and provide employee documentation to support litigation requests.
Provide Survivor support by researching beneficiary information as well as coordinating with Accounts Payable and Benefit Vendor.
Lead the identification and implementation of Continuous Improvement opportunities.
Proactively identify and eliminate waste.
Recognize and report unusual events or consistent problems areas to Team Lead.
Background and Experiences :
Fluent Polish and English OR Italian and English
Previous professional experience as HR Ops / HR Administrator or work in an international Call Center.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, depending on criticality of tasks.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and under time pressure.
Ability to work within international environment.
Well organized and Team Spirit building skills.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to details.
