Responsible for the resolution of internal customer queries regarding benefits and other internal programs. Gathers and clarifies feedback and other information from internal customers through various methods, researches relevant guidelines, and responds to inquires promptly.
In dealing with more complex queries, may be involved with other customers within or across different functions. Provides coaching, influencing, and dispute resolution strategies to managers and other customers regarding company or benefits policies.
Skills required : good listening and communication, excellent customer service, problem solving.
Languages required : English and Hebrew on advanced level (work is done in Hebrew and English).
In this role, you will be responsible for answering employee questions via different channels chat, phone, SN, email.
You will participate in HR regional and global projects.
You will deal with complex queries which may require other functions involvement.
You will engage in trainings and meetings in places and on time indicated by the Employer.
You will contribute to any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Employer.
