As Senior Talent Partner you will assure the Talent strategy and delivery as well as have responsibility to drive critical and large-scale hiring projects.

You own the entire recruitment process from Kickoff to Onboarding, mainly for Information Systems (IT Business related roles)
You lead large scale and / or complex and niche hiring and sourcing projects
You liaise with business leaders to assess ongoing hiring needs, both for single positions to complex and large-scale future hiring demand.
You drive an efficient recruitment process and strive for a high-touch experience for every candidate and manager
You provide expertise, market insights, coaching and consultative guidance to assure the successful delivery of the sourcing and recruitment approach best fit to the business needs
You handle the offering process and negotiate complex offers in accordance with the companies’ guidelines and regulations
You collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Expert Services, peer Talent Partners, Employer Branding Partners and external service providers to assure fast, efficient and well-coordinated recruitment process to meet and exceed the business expectations
6+ years of experience in recruitment and Talent Acquisition with knowledge of managing the entire recruitment process
Strong stakeholder’s management skills
Local market knowledge required, international experience would be an asset
Advanced communication, collaboration and team work skills
Can do attitude and hands on approach, balanced with skillful delegation and effective execution
Fluent English (C1)
Experience in the field of executive search is advantage
