Senior Process Engineer has direct accountability to design, develop, and maintain tools and solutions streamlining processes.

The key focus of this position is to ensure all tools and solutions are implemented as per the plan agreed. Senior Process Engineer has also direct oversight on tools enhancements and will be expected to create high-quality user experiences for web applications.

Responsibilities :

Develops tools and solutions supporting process improvements

Enhances and maintains existing tools and applications

Builds high quality solutions to support and streamline manual processes

Works closely with Stakeholders to define requirements for new solutions

Initiates and supports the identification and evaluation of automation opportunities,

Works with the Global Process Reengineering Team and local leadership teams to assess improvement and automation areas & recommend best technical solutions,

Develop compelling executive presentations that recommend and persuade specific courses of action for decision makers

Provides guidance and support to the team throughout the entire cycle of projects,

Communicates key lessons learned and best practices from across divisional process automation projects,

Communicates and reports status of initiatives,

Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience :

Computer Science degree (or related)

Experience building end-to-end, multi-tiered applications (data models, user interface, logic & programming)

Experience writing Object-Oriented JavaScript

Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs

Expertise in User Interface Design

Knowledge of SharePoint architecture, APIs, & Workflows

Experience building rich, mobile-friendly user interfaces

Experience of working within a global and virtual team

Fluency in English

Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills.

Process oriented; able to analyze current processes, suggest and define improvements; able to analyze raw data and draw conclusion

Ability to work on multiple tasks

Ability to work under pressure of short deadlines

Strong quantitative, analytical and systems thinking skills

Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams in multiple locations, including Senior Management
