The Finance Controlling & Planning CoE has the responsibility, working closely with the division and country organizations to drive Controlling & Planning standardization.
You will play a key role in financial controlling acting as a liaison between EL IS Controlling and CHGPL as well as countries IS controlling team(s).
Reporting to the EL Business IS Controller, you will provide reliable and timely analysis of financial results, budget, and forecasts in order to support business leaders and stakeholders in decision making.
Contribute to the definition of the Business IS controlling strategy. Serves as a partner for the relevant business leader in determining strategy for area of responsibility and developing a global business model, aligning with wider strategy, implementing, and making adjustments in implementation as needed.
Supporting the evaluation of the impact of strategic, financial or other major decisions.
Oversee the function planning process and serve as the interface to HQ and local country controllers. Gives input to and evaluate financial implications of various business decisions and recommends actions.
Maintaining comprehensive controlling framework, build-up business model and financial governance and control and reporting structure which has a significant impact to the overall performance of Infrastructure Services.
Contribute to definition of key performance indicators & identify issues. Drive for appropriate cost structure.
Ensure continuous improvement in the financial control process in alignment with global standards and policies. Provides input to and implements further optimization.
Ensure timely and efficient communication with global Controlling & Reporting and other internal customers to identify and discuss issues for improvement of operations and work quality.
Be the main liaison with CHGPL controlling. Ensure timely and accurately reporting of the pre-defined information and reports.

A Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
More than 10 years of experience in Controlling; experience in IS Controlling is a plus
Knowledge of all key financial processes such as reporting, budgeting, strategic planning, forecasting, capital investments and business analysis
Experience with computerized accounting systems and financial reporting software.
Deep financial understanding of KPIs related to Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Target setting
High level of analytical and reporting skills
Ability to communicate and discuss the issues clearly and present to senior managers and functions heads
Ability to work with a multicultural and global community, being able to guide this community in the usage for the process and tools
Fluency in English
