    To support the daily operations for our Delivery Teams, we are seeking a proficient administrator to join our team in Krakow, Poland.

    Your primary focus will be to provide administration support to the delivery teams by handling the order screening, activation and research task workflow for fulfillment of customer orders for all RFG Products.

    Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Screen incoming orders, ensuring completeness and consistency of data prior to case activation
  • Create and track tasks for RFG Products, including batch processing where required for multiple orders
  • Liaise closely with the delivery teams on prioritisation and status of tasks
  • Liaise with delivery teams to expedite delivery of outstanding tasks, and resolve any task order or invoice related issues, as required
  • Upload outputs from completed tasks to our ordering system
  • Compile monthly reports relating to the throughput of orders
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks for the delivery teams
  • Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor's Degree in business or related area
  • Superior command of written and spoken English
  • Additional languages preferred but not essential
  • Well-developed planning and project management skills and keen attention to detail
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a number of workload requests to meet changing priorities, agreed standards and firm deadlines
  • Proven ability to draft timely and accurate correspondence and compile meaningful reports
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
