Your Responsibilities :
Currently we are looking for an E-Commerce Sales Manager. This individual will be responsible for designing and developing a comprehensive e-
commerce sales strategy that suits each sales channel environment and utilizes tools delivered by different channels (OTC, MM, Pure Players).
E-commerce Manager will be in charge of implementation of global GSK strategy to meet local market conditions as well as development of pioneer tools and new sales opportunities.
E-commerce sales manager will be guiding KAMs through negotiation processes and providing them with joint business plans suitable for their accounts.
The role will proactively design new sales opportunities based on market development. E-commerce Manager will create the strategy of converting digital media traffic into sales and creates assets for market partners.
Strategy provided by the E-commerce Manager will focus on growth of e-commerce distribution, revenues and profits and maximizing usage of available tools to reach end customer.
Job responsibilities :
Responsible for creation, development and implementation of e-commerce strategy for all GSK CH brands across polish market incl.
mass market, pure players and e-pharmacies channel.
Responsible for design and creation of new e-commerce sales channels (3P, Marketplaces)
Responsible for development and utilization of available e-commerce tools to drive growth GSK CH online sales.
Responsible for designing solutions for maximizing sales conversion of digital communication.
Responsible for creation of dedicated e-commerce sales plans considering product and channel specific and market analysis
Responsible for supporting KAMs on e-commerce sales plans implementation and negotiation process
Responsible for design of e-commerce joint business planning with Key Market partners.
Recommends online sales programs and activities to achieve sales and profit goals.
Designs and leads implementation of comprehensive e-commerce data collection platform in order to analyze sales data and adjust taken actions.
Sets up cooperation with internal stakeholders (e.g. Managing Director, sales leaders, trade partners, digital conversion manager) in defying and developing local Direct to Operator or Pure Players project
Basic qualifications :
Strong e-commerce experience
Capability to create channel growth strategies and take an enterprise view
Being able to deal with complexity and identify solutions
Very good English
