We offer a permanent position as Finance Manager who will lead Polish Finance Team.
Maintain financial and business control and give business support to ensure that business is run in accordance to local and corporate rules, legislation and Mölnlycke standards.
Support the local organisation in order to reach all short- and long-term financial and strategic goals.
Secure the local accounting, financial and business control as well as to secure appropriate analysis of financial data in order to initiate corrective actions.
Actively participate and contribute in the local business development in order to meet the achievements in the market units and the global Mölnlycke business objectives.
Prepare VAT and CIT declaration in line with local requirements.
Regional and international project management.
Prepare the forecasting and budget inputs for Polish sales organization.
Several years of experience on controlling / accounting position.
University degree business studies / economics special emphasis : controlling / accounting or comparable apprenticeship (commercial apprenticeship with corresponding professional experience).
Experience in working with SAP.
Very good knowledge of Polish GAAP and IFRS.
As a person, you are organized and structured and you have a customer focused mindset. You’re a self-starter and eager to learn.
You are proactive, efficient and you like working in cross-functional teams.
