Scope of Responsibilities :
Managing mobile projects in global environment with multiple stakeholders.
Managing projects from brief through project planning, creative process. development, testing to deployment and maintenance.
Managing scope, communication, roles, risks & project documentation.
Ensuring timely project delivery as per scope, budget and client’s expectations.
Optimizing communication with business stakeholders, creative and technical agencies as well as global IT team and third-party vendors.
Utilizing AGILE & Waterfall methodologies.
Running process and change management activities as a natural complement to project environment.
Linking IT with business by translating needs into working solutions.
Building strong relationships with internal clients.
Ensuring that digital initiatives are compliant with digital governance, technical standards and security policies.
Leveraging enterprise class solutions to drive efficiency and modernization.
Always-on guidance and technical support for brand teams and their digital agencies.
Keep track of all project tasks and ensure all risks and issues are mitigated.
Skills & Experience required :
In-depth knowledge and broad experience (at least 3 years) in managing diverse agile IT projects;
Experience in continually monitoring and improving delivery quality against best software development practices;
Proper technical knowledge allowing smooth communication with developers, product designers and QA specialists;
Excellent command of written and spoken English;
Knowledge of AGILE software development methodologies, e.g. Scrum, DSDM, XP, FDD, SAFe;
Ability to work with globally distributed diverse group of business and technology partners;
Self-managing attitude - including self-development, time management, and delegation;
Ability to quickly understand business needs;
Ability to communicate in both technical and user-friendly / business language;
Proven experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and project management tools (JIRA, Pivotal Tracker) or other;
Ability to apply technology solutions to business problems;
