You will have an opportunity to :
Be a part of consulting or implementation team on IT projects for financial institutions
Conduct complex business analysis independently, define functional requirements, and test created solutions
Work closely with IT developers and architects on a daily basis
Support coordination of Agile projects and mentor junior team members
Cooperate directly with the client team
Test yourself in various roles and tasks in an international environment
We bet on you, so we expect you to :
Have at least 2 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector or in insurance or bancassurance
Have experience in collaboration with an international team
Apply analytical thinking and synthesis to present results of your work
Know English very well
Thrive in a flexible team environment, working among experts with various background and skills
Be able to work in Poland and the European Union
We appreciate if additionally you :
Understand how banks or insurance companies work
Be able to demonstrate team management skills and take responsibility for its results
Know additional languages, especially German or French
Have experience working in consulting, implementation, or IT company, especially in the field of insurance or bancassurance
Show interest in new technologies and their practical use
Have experience in project work and want to continue developing in it
While having the main office in Poland, want to work with our Clients abroad, traveling up to 1 / 2 of your work time (once the pandemic situation allows it)
