Due to growing needs of the IT department we are looking for Senior System Administrator for the Platforms team that is responsible for system / network administration and incident management.
Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization.
Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
Work across teams to ensure system performance availability and troubleshooting issues.
Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff.
Support and maintain monitoring platforms for infrastructure.
Core Capabilities :
min. of 5 years professional experience, especially in Microsoft Windows Server technologies, Active Directory, SCCM.
Strong technical knowledge of Azure, AAD, Intune and Office 365.
Deep understanding of system security.
Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent.
Working knowledge of monitoring platforms, CheckMK, Nagios or equivalent
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with scripting and automation tools
Good understanding of networks and Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
Good understanding of authentication and authorization security concepts
